Welcome to Hansung

We thank you for visiting Hansung University Admission website. Hansung University recruits the new students twice from September to December, and the transferred students for once between December and January. The recruitment period has a slight change for each year, and the first semester begins in March. For those students in Chinese language culture who are not fluent in Korean language, the Korean Language Study Program is open and operated before the school begins. We welcome the applications from foreigners.

¤ýQualification

Foreigners or overseas Korean who completed the 12-year education courses in overseas

¤ýProcedure

The application and ensuing documents following the qualification are required to submit to the Admissions Team of the University. The applicants who satisfied the requirements on document will submit the admission application and select the successful candidates through interview.

The admitted students pay the registration fees within the registration period.

¤ýSelection process

The admitted students are selected by interviewing.

¨ç International Students

Application for document review (Form provided by the University) Certificates of elementary, middle and high schools and the graduation certificate from home country or from Korea
Balance statement from the bank account of financial guarantor or certificate of domestic transmission or currency exchange record (Deposit of 10,000 US$ for one month or longer)

Verifying statement of financial guaranty
Family register of entire family (Certificate issued by the foreign government applicable to the certified family register of Korea)
Verifying factual statement of the entry and departure record of the student¡¯s parents Certificate showing of foreign nationality
Registration card for foreigner (Submit before the commencement of the semester)

* Supporting documents are required to translate in Korean language with 
   the notarization and submitted

Application for document review (Form provided by the University)

- Transfer to second year: Student who completed one year or more of
   regular 4-year college in overseas
- Transfer to third year: Student who completed two years or more of
   regular 4-year college in overseas

¤ýApplication procedure

The application for admission is submitted during the application period, and if admitted after the interview, the registration fee is paid within the registration period.

¤ýSelection process

Humanities/Science: Admittees are selected by interview.
Arts: Admittees are selected by 80% of actual performance and 20% of interview.
