요 약 본 연구는 변기 사용 과정에 있어 일어나는 노인 낙상사고를 예방하기 위한 변기 리프팅 시트 설계를 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 기립 수행에 있어 도 움을 줄 수 있는 각도 및 높이 값만큼 변기 시트를 리프팅 할 수 있어야 하며 이 모든 과 정은 노인의 독립적으로 활동할 수 있도록 보조자의 개입을 최소화해야 한다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해 복합4절링크 구조를 적용하여 기존 제품이 충족하지 못했던 기구적 제한 조 건을 모두 만족할 수 있었다. 이때, Linkage 프로그램과 UG NX를 이용해 권장하는 값에 따 른 기구 형상 및 치수를 결정했으며 기준을 유한요소해석을 통해 설계한 기구 형상이 안전 함을 확인했다. Abstract Our purpose is to design a toilet lifting sheet to prevent falls in the elderly during the toilet use process. To achieve this research purpose, the seat must be lifted at an angle and height that can help in standing, and the entire process minimizes assistant intervention to enable the elderly to operate independently. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the complex square link structure was applied to satisfy all the mechanical restrictions that the existing product did not meet. At this time, the shape and dimensions of the instrument according to the recommended values were determined using the Linkage program and UG NX, and the shape of the instrument designed through finite element analysis was confirmed to be safe.
